Cervx Chks During PG?

Any1 else had prior cervix problems and had to have it chk during PG? I have a few bad paps in my past and once they did the leep procedure and since its shorter they say i have to get checked every 2 wks to make sure im not thinning and or need the circlage! its kinda nerve racking but of course i agreed to go whatever it takes to get my baby here safe!  Im just wondering what to expect they are also doing the testing to make sure the baby is growing normally and what not my first ob appt went well baby was jumping and squirming all over the place and his heart beat was 169!

yeah they did do an internally exam this last time but that was just for the first go around and to see how im doing and they told me they re gonna be doing a 3 d type scan this next week im like im only gonna be 12 wks! but if thats what they re gonna do im ok and yes more chances to see my baby will sure ease my mind! i just went through 5 wks and not knowing what was going on what to expect and i was hardly sick so it was very hard! i was so relieved when i made it to my appt w no probs!

I would think they would be doing your checks by u/s. It can make it worse if they check you internally. Sounds like you'll be getting lots of chances to see your baby :-)
