dark and faint test lines

hi i took two pregnancy tests int the evening, one to test and the second to confirm. the first test came up with a dark positive response line almost straight away, and the second was fainter but still there, i asume because i had already peed and then my urine was slighlty diluted after drinking lots of water. my question is as i have irregular periods would i be at least 10 dpo? me and boyfriend trying to work out when we conceived. also i had sore boobs which is why i thought something was up and decided to test, because my boobs are never sore.

Congrats! Agree with nickie that a sonogram would be the way to go. But yes, you would have to be *at least* 10dpo. You could be further along.

And yes, the second test was more faint because of dilution. Happened to me only I got a negative at the doctor's office (I drank too much water beforehand) and scared the daylights out of me. I'm now 25 weeks pregnant.

Congrats the only way to really tell the conception date when you are irregular than the only thing that would pin point it would be a ultrasound! CONGRATS!
