tomorrow I'm 29 weeks and yesterday in Wal-Mart it all hit me at once :'( my baby is almost here and I don't have anything for him not even clothes or diapers :'( I'm so scared on top of it that I can't get myself to talk about it to my fiance because I don't want to stress him out either or any more then he already is :(
Facebook has a ton of yard sale pages and baby bargain pages :) check those out!! :)
But also dont count on a baby shower for the little nessesties ...i did i waited to get anything till after my shower and i regreted it cause i got like 2 packs of diapers and 1 wipes a few outfits and toys..... literally my bfs nana brought the best gift of all and she was so wrorried cause she didnt have the money to get stuff she got me a bottle brush shampoo and lotion and a cute little paci set
Most of my baby clothes is used , my cousin gave me clothes , car seat , a tub . Just ask people if they have any , also yard sales have good stuff as we'll. just Remember they grow up so fast that all the stuff we buy we might not even use or will use once.
11 weeks is still plenty of time. It's best to just start buying things slowly. A pack of diapers and wipes here and there. Hit up a thrift store once a pay check and use like $10 to buy some clothes. Ask any friends that have had kids if they have swing or crib that you can use or have. Find out when your shower is and let people know what you need specifically.
I'm barly making enough for rent not to count bills :( and yeah I think so but I don't know when and I'm afraid to ask the person who said they would do it when it will be :(
Hun I didn't buy anything for my daughter till I was 35 weeks. I waited till my baby shower to buy anything.
Are you having a baby shower? That will help with a lot of the little stuff. As far as expensive items, the only items you really need right away is the car seat and bassinet. So don't worry, you have plenty of time still.
Are you planning on having a baby shower? If so you will get alot of stuff that you need and won't have to stress so much.
