When you go on your trip stop frequently to use the restroom and strech your legs.  I agree with bioclock1 get the What to Expect when your Expecting book it has recentally been updated and is wonderful to have alltogether. Congratz on your pregnancy and take care.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. As far as taking care of yourself, I think a good suggestion would be to purchase a pregnancy book like "What to expect when you're expecting"

There is a lot of information in these books about such things as driving and water intake, etc.

Just relax, drink plenty of water, take your vitamins and enjoy!!!
