I used to feel the same. Now i walk for abt 1hr everyday and it really helps. U can also take up activities such as knitting.
Pregnancy will make you feel drained anyway hun :') and as soon as your little one comes you'll be super busy!! It doesn't sound like you're depressed but maybe you could do with well.. having more to do in the day? maybe that'll make you feel better?(: good luck!
keep your mind and body busy it will help you a lot I promise. time will fly by fast
sounds like you do not have enough activities during the day to fill your schedule. try walking during the day and doing pregnancy yoga and other exercises that really helps release endorphins making you happy. also try taking up a hobby that will help keep you distracted. if it's not depression it's probably just lack of activity you're experiencing making you feel drained.
you could pick up a few pregnancy books and start reading those of the series that's what I did. I also picked up knitting and started making a baby blanket that helps a lot too. and I try to walk at least one block everyday. it keeps you active and it helps with labor
