I had three anxiety attacks and I hate them so and I have gotten better , I'm 34 weeks I had them earlier in my pregancy , but I learned how to control my self bc no one was really there for me, just take deep breathes, drink water and focus on your baby bc they feel it too, I would think about it and I would feel bad bc it's not his fault. You will do good though :)
I am 14 w with my second baby and was having horrible anxiety attacks. Sadly my 3 year old set them off alot and I couldn't even handle him touching me. Never had them with my first pregnacy or when im not pregnant. There is meds that are save to take with the baby. My doc gave me a low dose of one last week and I feel soooooo much better. Back to my normal self it feels like.
I can relate I just feel it over nothing or the tiniest things:/ ...
I'm 31 weeks and I am definitely. I don't know why. But I hate it.
