I have. Been takeing the gummy prenatal vitamin and I just wanted to know if it would be bad to take it 3 times a day..morning afternoon and night let me know what u guys think..should I or not..

You wouldn't really need prenatals if you had the perfect diet. You can get everything you need from food....but I sometimes choose a bag of Cheetos over a side salad. That's the real reason to take them. If you are concerned about it talk to your Dr, (you can take them to the appt) but he'll probably day they are good. The most important thing is folic acid for brain stem development.

You don't want to double dose because most prenatals have iron and vitamin A which can be dangerous if you take too much.

You should take it as directed. Taking more than suggested can be very harmful.
