Hi guys! So I will start off by saying my Son I almost four months old and I love him dearly he is the best thing that has ever happened to me! In the last couple months I and others around me have noticed I'm not myself, I'm exhausted no matter how much I sleep, I'm stressed all the time, I feel super alone no matter what even in a room full of people, andI feel extremely distant from my boyfriend even though we spend a ton of time together! I'm also not eating and find myself snapping at people for no reason!! I haven't had ANY negative thoughts towards my son, Harming him or being afraid to be alone with him never crosses my mind but I'm just curious could this be ppd?

Good luck and congrats!

it could be, you may have a mild case of it, it could also be due to hormones, after the birth  of your son your body goes through a huge adjustment regarding hormones again, just like it did when you got pregnant, make sure your still on a good pre-natal/breastfeeding vitamin or if your not b/feeding a good multi vitamin, make sure you get outside for at least 10 min of fresh air/sun and if your worried its best to go to your doctor and have a chat with them, because its best nipped in the bub early before it gets any worse, good luck :)
