face it, pregnant or not gaining weight is crucial to us ladies! ive gained about 30 pounds so far, and being overweight ive already gained too much, but my dr. isnt concerned, so neither am I. as long as my baby os healthy. however ive made a lifestyle choice in changing my eating ways (not indulging in EVERY craving I have) and I bought Lindsay Brins pregnancy workout! it has amazing 1st,2nd,and 3rd trimester workouts, and it even comes with postnatal workouts! amd I try to walk 3-5 miles a day (: It makes me feel amazing without over working myself! I was wondering if you ladies had anything you do to stay fit and healthy?
