Go ahead nd take a hot bath hunn it wont harm the baby the water doesnt stay that hot long enough for your temp to get that high so take a hot bath or shower if you please i do every day

Id just say walking helps get them in a good position but my baby is 11 days overdue and still not here. Its my third and iv only went over as far as 2 days before so mentally prepare to wait if nothing works :) your doc/ midwife should offer membrane sweep, hopefully that should move things along x
