From experience, I would highly suggest breast feeding! It's so much better for you and the baby. After my first, I had to go back to work and decided it was too much to try and pump at work, store and keep the milk properly, etc. 2 years later she has had uncontrollable ear infections, has had RSV, struggles with constipation, etc. (All of which occured a short while after quitting) I can't help but think if I would have stuck with it things would have been different...so there's my 2 cents.

When I struggled with my first I was told to offer the breast every feed and then 'top up' with formula that way you're still getting the stimulation to build/maintain your supply. I guess that would half and half. But, no I'm going straight to formula this time as it fits my situation the best.

I breast fead my 3 year old and i will prest feed my new bub when it is bourn. Breast millk is the best thing you can give to your new bourn. But breast feeding isnt somthing that comes natraly to everyone. Some women have troble getting there baby to latch some have troble getting te milk to flow and some just don't preduce enupgh milk. In these cases i have heard o womin who breast feed then finnish of the feed with formular.
