I'm jot sure about the nipples going back to normal as I got pregnant about 4 months after I gave birth but I'm pretty sure my vagina is back to normal and I did tear during birth. Good luck! I'm sure it'll all be fine in the end

Your vaginal not only goes back to normal, but pretty much reconstructs and looks like you have a new vagina. Its so much nicer After birth than your post-birth vagina.

I was cut pretty bad and my vagina looks exactly the same as it did before lol and I breastfed for 17 months and my nipples returned to their original size and color. I guess it just depends on the person, but the majority of people I've talked to say they went back.

Nipples definitely did for me. My baby is 1wk old today and I'm not breastfeeding and they have returned to prepregnancy appearance already.

Actually, I'm not sure.  My nipples changed after breast feeding and definitely look different than they did beforehand.  And having a child is hard on the vagina.  You may tear or be cut, they may stitch you or not.  So, it may not be exactly the same. good luck
