I drink a bunch of herbal tea to help me drink water even though I naturally drink 100 oz of water a day from being an athlete when I was younger.

Girl try those water enhancers. I struggled with that too. They have miko and dasani. But the best ones to me are the kool aid and fanta brand. You squeeze as much as you want in your drink. They are so good. My fave are grape and tropical punch. It's like drinking kool aid and it's less calories. But even if you're not drinking a lot of water drink juice and stuff too not soo much Pepsi. Caffeine isn't good for baby. Water is just recommended because it's healthier and less in calories. But drink up. I didn't have enough liquid in one day and almost passed our. When to er and they said I was dehydrated . You need to stay hydrated because you're drinking fir you and baby

I put lemon wedges in my water at work! I drink so much more than if it was just plain. I got the idea first from my dermatologist because she swears it helps clear up your skin (not to mention super yummy).

Try mixing up a week cordial or watered down fruit juice it gives the water a better taste. If you can try drinking rain water it tastes sooo much better and is not bad for you like people say

Be careful ladies, Im 29 weeks, I didn't water for a few weeks. I had heavy braxton hicks, coming every so often. This is my second pregnancy so I knew I wasn't in labour but wasn't sure what it was, was concerned about my baby. Being well hydrated during pregnancy is important for both you and baby. So try starting off with a glass in the morning, then increase daily. All the best ladies

I second the straw idea! I have a Lilly tumbler that I fill 3-4 times a day while at work and I drink so much water out of that thing! I think it helps to not be able to see the water level.

I find drinking water out of a straw helps me drink more. (Weird, but it helps.) Also sometimes I can drink more when it's room temp, sometimes it's easier to drink if it's ice cold. Just depends I guess. Good luck. I struggle with drinking enough water too

Well I was the same way barely touched water and all. Now I'm hospitalized until I have my twins because of not drinking alot of water. Of course I drank a lot of caffeine to which didn't help bc caffeine dehydrates you. But I'm also high risk bc I'm having twins. So if you don't drink alot of water try like gatorade or something with out caffeine. I wouldn't wish what I have gone through the past few days on anyone. So good luck momma!

Just as long as you're taking in at least 64oz of any types of fluids daily, you should be fine. Although water is the healthiest way to go.

I have the same problem. Try adding Mio to your water and slowly wean yourself down to just pain water. It worked pretty well for me. But I still think coffee and mt dew taste much better lol
