Ultrasound, as long as the ultrasound was early enough in the pregnancy. After about week 11, ultrasounds are seen as less likely to be pinpoint in accuracy because some babies grow faster or more slowly than others. But 8th week ultrasounds only have a margin for error of maybe 2 or 3 days max and are often spot on.
