I'm scared.. really scared

I would prefer back labor then the normal front labor.. Ugh I have mild contractions and they hurt soooo badi can't even rub it but with back labor at least I can have my boyfriend rub my back... I don't think I can handle or go through with labor.. I'm scared that I'm going to be over whelmed by pain :'(

Yeah I'm getting the epidural.. Its my first and I have very high anxiety so I think the epi will help me with that.. My due date is Saturday but I lost all my mucus plug and been having constant mild contractions.. Fingers crossed

Do you plan on getting the epi? If so labor is really not bad at all.

Yeah. I just have mild un constant contractions, right now. So im just relaxing for later. And yes it is just temporary, and try to breath and relax. I know it's easier said than done. I wanna see myself doing that when they get stronger lol

Don't worry I'm scared too. But i just always think that if it other girls can do it, so can we. I think being scared is completely normal,  it's mostly about relaxing and having a positive state of mind.
