Can people die off getting the epidural?
You can have low blood preasure/ headace...ifthey accidently put it in your blood vessel it Can seriously harm you but thats rare and almost impossible cause they test by slowly doing it Ad seeing your body reaction...my hubby is a anesthesiologist. (: Love him.....hope i remembered this exactly how he explained it to me..... so dontworry people dont know what can happen they just say what they heardor think.
Actually i know of a lady's heart who completey stopped while giving labor and she died bcus of the epidural her baby survived though
I've never heard of death associated with epidurals, although I guess anything could be possible. Maybe Google it or discuss it with your doctor.
No but it can cause back problems & unnecessary intervention during birth, & complications
