Its just your plug. Call labor and delivery but they will tell you unless you start having contractions ita nothing to worry about and yes it can be normal. The e.r. will not do anything. What can they do for snotty discharge? Lol I had this happen to me and its nbd. Your mucus plug constantly reproduces.

If its bloody and gooey yes there is a chance that its your mucus plug, the mucus plug and fall out at anytime during a pregnancy, ive been losing mine since i was 20 weeks, you should call your doctor asap and more than likely she will tell you to go to your nearest labor and delivery unit

Call the doctor, you always want to bring up blood. It wouldn't be your mucus plug at 23 weeks so I'm not sure what else it could be. If you had sex last night that can cause spotting

Hmm i dont think thats normal. You should call your doc. Blood shouldnt ever be involved in your pregnancy. Or go to the e.r.  ?
