I walk sometime but I want to start yoga back up I was doing up to about 17 weeks, then ran into a problem and finally get to g back on our feet, plus we are pcsing(thank god) soon and I'm due in april but Have to move in march. I just want to start back up so I'm not lazy lol but thank you
If you didn't do yoga prior to pregnancy, I wouldn't start now. All of your joints etc are more lax so you are likely to pull a muscle or hurt yourself. Just try some basic stretches, walking and any other exercises that you normally do. Or if you really want to try yoga I would recommend seeing a yiga teacher so they can help and show you how to do things properly without injuring yourself.
