faint line on test

Hi! I am 19 and believe (hope) I am pregnant with my first. My last period started on Nov. 13th and Ive taken two tests earlier this week, both with very faint lines. Could I just be overreacting or is it likely I am in fact pregnant?

Try the electronic tests that say pregnant or not pregnant. Thats what I used and it even told me how far along I was. Good luck

My lines came out very dark but I have had people say theirs were faint. My best advice besides seeing a doctor is get a digital test that says pregnant or not pregnant

A line is a line. Congrats! You should start taking prenatal vitamins if you aren't already. (:

Wait 2-3 days and test again. By then it'll definitely show up. Your hormones should be doubling every 2-3 days. Then after your positive test make an apt. If you don't get a positive and your period is at least a week late I would also make an apt.

Second line was barely there for me and I'm 33 weeks so there's a possibility. Go to a free clinic, a lot of times they'll give you a free test and tell you right away.

Even if they're faint it means your pregnant I'd wait a couple days and take another though just so you have a fully dark line (:

I took two tests back in may and both came out with very faint lines. I was 17 at the time and in fact pregnant. They say if you have two lines, no matter how faint its a positive. Call your obgyn and get a conformation ultrasound done. I think you are pregnant. Congrats! (:
