Dr tomorrow
I'm 80 percent effaced but not dilated any suggestions? I see dr tomorrow and If 'm dilated he will strip my membranes any suggestions to help dilation ?!
Yea I really don't want to have to get medically induced :/ so I'm hoping something happens Im hoping I'm at least dilated :( and not just effaced ahhh I'm going crazy
I have an induction date next Wednesday if nothing happens between now n then which I doubt but I pray that I go natural
Oh Darn I have been eating pineapple staying active all day plus walking 2 to 3 miles a day along with going to the store or malls and hitting all the bumps while driving take epo and drinking raspberry tea leaf pills and taking epo I'm at a loss of what's left I'm just hoping ill be dilated for a membrane sweep I don't want to be induced medically:(
