false labor??

So I'm just about 35 weeks,  I've had false labor 3 or 4 times now. I've been having contractions since 5 not sure if they're any worse but painful. Not too painful I can pretty much walk fine and talk but they still hurt, they feel like really bad menstrual cramps, I can't sleep that's for sure. I really wish I had a little light on me that turns on when I'm in actual labor! Lol I went into preterm labor at 31 weeks had a few false labors since then. Contractions are 2 to 5 minutes apart. I just feel like I don't want to go in cause they always stop eventually!!

My contractions have stopped. But they always come up again around nighttime. But never last so I know it's not real labor. I just wish there was a way to get it to stop

Since you went into preterm labor once already I would at least call labor and delivery. Just to be on the safe side!

It was just false labor again, I'm not really sure I want to go into labor just yet cause I'm not far along enough but it's just annoying cause every time it does happen it's very painful.

It might mean that u aren't dilating or that your cervix is reacting slowly to your contractions but drink lots of water and try to do some walking it could help you dilate
