baby not slowing down???

I was told that at the end of the pregnancy, babies run out of room and slow down with their movements. Well im 38+5 and my son hasnt mellowed out at all actually hes moving more and its even more uncomfortable! Ill feel him move left, right, down and up all at the same time! He loves to put hes heel on my left side and it feels so funny!!!! But is it normal that my son is as active as he was when i was 30weeks? Ill wake up at nighy because hes just so big in there that it actually hurts me when he pushes my stomach off the bed! And apparently im waiting the arrival of 8-9lbs baby and my stomack mesures at 34weeks so im way behind but hes really big in there! Yet he acts like he has as much room as he did ten weeks ago. Im not complaining really lol i love feeling him but everyone told me he would slow down because he wouldnt have any room left!

I am exactly the same way, I am 38w 6d and my little girl is super active, moving all the time and like you said she is big enough and strong enough now that it is very uncomfortable.

If your doctor isn't concerned about his size I wouldn't stress about it. He might just be trying to make more room by streching lol.
