fatigue

I am always tired I work graves and my boyfriend is getting ready to start working days again. We are getting ready to move into his house and I'm in charge of packing here while he cleans the house. On top of it all my three year old is starting to act out because she never gets to see me. What can I do tho keep my fatigue down more energy but without drinking a bunch of caffeine. Anyone have any tips?

Thank you. I'm just starting to worry about not getting everything done by the end of April. (I have to be out by then) plus by boyfriend is going to be going back to work and I feel as though he hasn't helped out with the apartment cleaning wise. This is his first pregnancy so I don't think he understands the extent of my tiredness.

You should try to get some friends and/or family members to help you out with packing or with taking your daughter for a while so you can pack, or just to take a quick nap.
