no yolk sac at 5w6d help !

My last period  was 19th of September and i had US on 30th October ie  i was 5w6d . They just found the gestation  sac measuring 9.8mm and that it corresponds to less than 4 weeks . They found no yolk  sac or fetal pole . I am not mistaken about  the dates. Will i  miscarry ? I am 31 years and have a 9 year old son and i had a chemical pregnancy in July . Any comments appreciated. THANK YOU

My doctor has put me on medication .
I'm taking progesterone capsules , HCG  injections every week and aspirin  delayed release tablets . What r they supposed to do and how does it help my baby? Anybody know something about it?

When i was 6 weeks they couldnt see a yolk sac either. Its too early to see anything, you'll probably have another u/s around 7 or 8 weeks! Don't worry everything will be okay

Is to early they couldn't see anything in my ultrasound at 5 weeks until 8 weeks. Don't stress i did that and i was about to have a miscarriage. I'm now 15 weeks and 4 days
