Uh i did crossfit my whole pregnancy 3x a week and my baby is perfectly healthy. I eat whatever i want and only gained baby and boobs. Im 39 weeks and my jeans still button under my belly no problem. Its all up tp your body and what your used to.
Talk to your doctor. First trimester its pretty safe to do whatever it was you were doing. However, many urge against high impact, sports with high injury risk, and anything involving laying on your back or twisting after 20 weeks due to extra risk of injury.
Also be sure you are drinking plenty of water (: i've been mixing it up everyday until I break a sweat and my bloat has already went down, such a relief. I'm sure once you get into the swing of things you'll feel and look great!
I started to fill out too. My butt and boobs filled our right away and now my thighs and hips ( love handles) are trying to follow suit,I'm not having it (; I have been doing butterfly kicks, wall squats, planks, side planks, burpees, plies, pushups,wall pushups if you're getting big, tricep extensions, side dips, glute extensions, clams,lunges,and the one where you lay on your side bend the leg lying on the floor and raise the opposite up and down, not quite sure what it is called:P and then switch. There are a lot of exercises you can do while pregnant, including core and cardio. I may be pregnant but I refuse to let myself go, I can handle the belly but not the love handles and cellulite that want to go with it:P best of luck to you.
