feeling detached from pregnancy. any advice?

I am having a hard time being happy and excited with this pregnancy. Like I'm afraid to get attached. I'm terrified of having another miscarriage. But I don't let it stress me out too much. It's just so hard to be happy or wanna tell anyone. Has anyone else felt this way becoming pregnant after a miscarriage? How did you get over the fear and start to enjoy your pregnancy?

I'm about 6 1/2 weeks. And this is how far along I was when I had my miscarriage. So I don't think I'll fee anyl better until it passes.

How far along are you? I felt that way in the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy after a miscarriage. I really didn't find out I was pregnant until farther in the pregnancy. So once I got my ultrasound scans and began seeing my pooch I got excited. I wouldn't try pushing the emotions. Take things one day at a time. Wish you well dear!
