im sorry yiur feeling so lousy. being sick and haveing little energy is a part of pregnancy.  I was the same way in the beginning and now that I have entered my 2nd trimester I feel better and my energy levels have picked up some but even now I have days im pooped and just feel blah. have you tried eating crackers or toast to relieve your nausea? Believe me I know what ur feeling sometimes nothing helped me either! We just have to ride it through. Good luck and I hope you start to feel better!

My Midwife told me as hard as it is to force yourself to eat little amounts often keep a packet of biscuits at your bedside and eat a couple before gettin out of bed on a morning don't let yourself get hungry as. It makes nausea worse kkeep drinking even if it's fizzy drinks. I'm nearly 9 weeks and feel sick 24/7 and throwing up nearly allday everydayy friends suggested sickness bands as they swear by them you can't get them from boots Tesco etc I've got some but I'll admit I'm still bad with sickness lol hope this helps.
