feeling miserable...

Not sure if what I'm experiencing is a form of heartburn or just the baby pushing on my innards. I get this near constant feeling like I'm choking or have something stuck on my throat. 31 weeks, so I'm sorta figuring its partially the baby pushing up on my organs, but at the same time I'm really worried. This sensation makes it hard for me to eat, makes it kinda hard to breathe, and makes it even harder to sleep. Any advice and tips will be VERY much appreciated as I don't want to make an unnecessary trip to the er.

No fresh/good milk in the house :( I refuse to drink milk that's been frozen, because as I said before, it tastes nasty and it's technically not safe. Maybe I'm being persnickety, but I want to be safe, for me and my baby.

I have same problem since 2nd trimester. I don't take any heart burn medicine. I drink cold milk when the burning sensation starts. I keep drinking cold milk, it seems to help with me. Hope it works out for you :-)

Heard that. I'm gonna try to get some sleep here soon... Maybe I'll have a cup of hit tea when I get up, that seemed to help a little the other night. Oddly, root beer helps a bit, and I'm not a big fan if root beer :p

Yeah I'm with you on going natural they have offered me heartburn pills and I declined just bc that's one more that could harm my baby...so I'm just trying to make it these last few weeks we made it this far :)

I am glad to know I'm not the only losing sleep from this problem though

I also posted in social, got one comment and she said her doc said stronger OTC meds. I'm one of those momma's to be that goes for as much natural healing as possible, which is hard sometimes. I'd have a glass of milk, but the milk in the fridge has been frozen, so not only does it taste nasty, it's not exactly safe either.
