Im pregnant and took a few oxycodone pills for pain. I stopped taking them and am not experiancing any withdraw symptoms. Is there a chance my baby is withdrawing even if im not?
If you are feeling fine then your baby should be feeling just fine. If you only took the oxycodone pills once or twice for pain it is highly unlikely that would ever affect the baby. I've looked into it because I have scoliosis and severe back pain and from the research I've done- according to the FDAs advice and regulations on medication taken while pregnant oxycodone during Pregnancy is Category B (no evidence of risk in humans)
