really bad contractions

Ive been counting for 45 minutes how much contractions im having and its been 8 already. I think its time..  idk im a ftm. Im alone right now and really have no idea what to do..

I have been timing mine for the past hour and 15 mins once it hits two hours my doctor told me to go in. They are 6 to 7 mins apart
