Help! ( need advice)

I'm now 37wks and 4 days I'm currently working at Subway my last work day is supposed to be the second but my manager has told me that if I couldn't do it anymore she is fine with me leaving today but I don't know what to she has also just fired 2 people and  now doesn't have anyone really to work but when I'm there my feet hurt the doctor just told me the baby has dropped and so now my pelvis is also hurting. I just need to know if yall think I should stick it out or stop working the only reason I'm really debating about it is because this whole time she has been so nice and helpful I don't wanna leave and she has to do doubles but at the same time my body hurts

If your tired and dont want to work anymore, you should stop. I just made a similar decision.  And ultimately you have a good reason to not work. Your boss sounds very understanding. You might want to take advantage. If you feel really bad make a compromise and just do a few more days, just remember they knew this was coming and they've had time to prepare. Its out of your control if they are ready or not. I'm sure she is prepared to work more since your leave is only a week away. A few extra days won't hurt her.

If she told you you could be done I would take advantage of that. This will be an important time to relax and prepare. Even though she is nice, it still isn't your responsibility to make sure there is staff. Take it easy :) good luck!
