Well before I was pregnant, I had started working out. I wasn't full on, hard core working out but I was trying. But anyway my question is, what are good exercises after baby? I've also heard that there is like a muscle gap after delivery in the abs/midsection because that's where baby was. I'm 32 weeks and I wanna know how soon you're able to get back into the gym and what are some good workouts to start with.
