flash pasteurized juice

I got a fruit smoothie & it says flash pasteurized on the label. I was just wondering if any of you knew if it was safe to drink or not. The internet said good & bad things so i just want to be clear before i drink it.

Flash pasteurization is simply a genterller way of killing bacteria without damaging the nutriants . Most goog quality smoothies and juices will be flash pasteurized . Flash pasteurization is a method of quickly heating it and then quickly cooling it down vs having it heated for a while like milk is . It still kills the bacteria that might be present but doesn't change the taste or nutritional value. Hope that helps.... Ps I've drank many smoothies and fresh juices and not even bothered worrying .

Yeah there's no rule while pregnant.. Although in general it is unhealthy
