How many mg of folic acid are you suppose to take daily? My prenatal vitamins have 125 mg of folic acid but I feel like thats not enough.
More than enough. It's supposed to be 800-1000 micrograms. That's actually seems really high. There is 1000 micrograms in 1 mg.
