Just a curious question, has anyone taken folic acid tablets? I was bought a bottle of them today and I was just wondering what they do or if they help with anything as I had never heard of them before until today but I was told a lot of pregnant woman take them
I have been taking prenatel pills for about 4months now. Has folic acid in it.Its very good for the baby....i started taking them when we decide we were going to start trying.....my husband wouldnt start trying till i was two months in with the pills. He's a genius!
