Me with my third baby I lost it the same day I went into labor, lost it in the morning hubby took me up to the rose garden to walk around cause they were also doing my surprise baby shower that day, so I was on my feet practaclly all day, but that night after the baby shower I got contractions and I had her the next morning. It can be any time, go out for a walk or have sex!

With my daughter two weeks after I lost it I went into labor. With my son I lost bits from 30w until I went into labor at 36w. It regenerates, so it's really not a good indicator of impending labor.
