There is apps you can download for free that time and keep record of your contractions. Great app!! I always use it when I get contractions here and there even if they are Braxton hick: )
Yupp!! I used one called contraction timer and it worked great! Kept track of how long they were and how far apart as well. Easy to use too!
I had one too! I forgot the name of it, but I stayed up all through my early labor until I went to the hospital timing my contractions works like a charm!
