found a drink that helps with constipation

Its from Naked, its called "green machine" I asked my chiropractor and a nurse and they both said a "green" smoothie will help get things moving regularly. Ive been drinking a cup every morning for the last 3 days and no more constiptation:) they sell it at most grocery stores :) thought I'd pass this along.

Prune juice, apple juice, fiber one, any cereal with fiber, green veggies
