freaking out!!!

I'm only 21+3 and a long ways away before my little girl gets here but after watching some videos of live birth, I am FREAKING OUT! Like it is just scary and I am completely scared out of my mind to push such a large thing through my vagina. I mean I know that is what we're meant for but ahhh!!! Is anyone else completely terrified of giving birth? I'll do whatever it takes to get my LO here but I am more scared now than I was.

I feel the same way! I'm a ftm and I'm so scared of when the time comes to push my LO out! Don't get me wong I can't wait to meet him but I'm so scared of how I'm going to react to the pain.  I pary everyday that my labor goes quick and easy with no complications!!

I got an epidural with my first born and it went great until 2 weeks later when I started having the worst lower back pain I've ever felt and it hasn't stopped in 18 months. Epidural is a no no for this girl this time!! Bring on the pain!! It is what our bodies are made to do!!

Read I n a Mays' s guide to child birth. Don't freak yourself out. Your body is made to do this! You'll be great. A lot of child birth is expectations. Look into getting a doula. They are trained to help you emotionally during birth. The more relaxed you are the less painful it will be!

Rule 1 - this is why Google is not your best friend, dear.

Our bodies are made to do this, so just let nature take its course
