ok...getting really excited now!!!

i had an appt today and an u/s, too.  the baby went from being in the 30th percentile to the 61st percentile!!!  i am now 36wks and 5 days and i only have one more scheduled appt before my scheduled c-section.  i just wanted to share that i'm really excited!!!!  and i will be really happy also when we finally decide on a name!

we have had it narrowed down to 2 names for a while...  but dh wants to add one more to the mix (once he can think of one he will approve of!) and then decide at the hospital.  we've never done that before.  we had our girls names picked out at least by the beginning of the last month.  i think dh really wants to wait to decide to keep the rest of the family waiting!!!  they keep asking like every other day if we've decided so i think that's his motive right now!!!  i guess i don't really have a problem w/ it as long as we have it narrowed down and we'll know when we see his cute little face!!!  :)

That's right I should've remember that because I'm also due that weekend.  That sounds like a good weight for only being 36 and 5 days, my sister had hers at 36w3d and he was 5 lbs 12oz.  I hope you think of some names soon, we have always gone to the hospital with a few of our favorite names and figure it out there. But yay!!

thanks guys...  my c-section is scheduled for june 13th (friday the 13th!).  so after my appt next thursday, the next time i see the doc will be for the delivery.....  YAY!!!!!!!!!

they estimated our baby's weight now at 6lbs and 7oz.  and i read that right now the average weight gain from this point until delivery is about an ounce per day (average).  so who knows...  we may end up having our first 8lb baby this time!!!  (all 3 girls were under 8lbs)

i'm really excited and totally ready to have him at home!  :)

That is exciting.  When was your c-section scheduled for? Did they give you an estimate on the baby's weight?
