frustrated!!! idk what to do

Two days ago i was in the hospital due to spotting and intense pain in my lower abdomin... Im 26 weeks they said its probably bladder infection and go home...today they were supposed to have my results and ive had persistent intense pain ever since and its also in my lower back i keep being placed on hold no one is answering my questions i have my daughter to take care of and ots hard to do anything i just want to cry. I been taking Tylenol, heating pads and warm showers and massages i dont think this pain is okay and i feel they need to do more than tell me um its possibly a bladder infection. Like wth answer my questions you say im high risk for preterm labor but intense pain for two days straight is nothing but a pee test which according to one nurse i dont have since no one called me to tell me i was positive for one!

Yeah I'd call a different hospital or just go to a urgent care center
