There are different foods with iron in it. I don't think you should take an iron pill you are going to have 50% more blood in your body. I would just start eating foods with iron calcium and protein because your baby really needs it. Good luck :)
I take both , well i have low iron but i take the gummy vitamins which dont have iron in them i would check your prenatals to see if they have iron .. i pretty sure you can both i mean the doc knows you take prenatals, i take my prenatals in the morning/day & my iron pill at night before bed .
