gender scan

Hi ladies. I had an ultrasound today to see the sex of my baby my husband and are were so excited but I wasn't even in there for 5 minutes and he said because im not 20 weeks its too small to tell... he didn't even try! Im 18weeks tomorrow and my family and friends all went in and found out about 18weeks so I was so upset as they wouldn't even try it was like he was just too tired and couldn't be bothered working today.  I didn't complain but now I wish I did and asked to see another dr. Im making an appointment to see another dr and get another scan somewhere else. Im in nsw in Australia just wondering if any other ladies has been told that? :/

I found out with both of mine at 17 weeks. Here in the UK you can book a private gender scan from 16 weeks!

I'm 16 weeks and find out in 4 days, when they gave me the option to test for downs syndrome and other birth defects they also gave me the option to find out the sex threw the blood test. I also have my first ultrasound at 18 weeks.

I was 14 weeks when we found out he was just being lazy!!

What I found out 14weeks it was obviously a boy now I'm 28 weeks and he is still very much a boy

I found out when I was 23weeks because my baby girl had her legs closed at 17weeks so I had to wait until I was 23weeks

I always told my Dr I wanted a ultrasoundshe said they'll call never hot call so I call in and they made me one for then next day I was 23 weeks at that point I was so mad I change Dr  cuz she always look tired and kind of mean

there's lots of 3d/4d ultrasound places where I live. they can do it as early as 16 weeks!

That's ******** I was told at  15 weeks so they should be able to tell u

You can definitely find out at 18 weeks. The scan is supposed to be 18-20 weeks so he definitely should've been able to tell you or at least try. I would've been furious

I found out at 15 weeks. As long as your child is cooperating you can find out.

I found out at 18 week's he was just being lazy.

I'm 18 weeks 4 days today and I'm going to say to find out my baby gender. Any where from 18 to 20 weeks they can tell.
