This is my first pregnancy & I'm considerin natural over bein doped up. Can any one tell me of their experience & wht really helped ease the pains w/o the meds ?

I am terrified of having an epidural. The needle freaks me out. But then I'm also freaked out about the pain of doing it naturally. I'm still trying to decide what to do but ill probably end up taking the drugs.

I've always had an epidural.. But my sister gave birth all natural she did amazing, her reasoning for all natural tho was becuz she is petrified of needles and she saw me have my epidural and since then she refused any meds. but she stayed calm during labor and i just cannot belive how well she did compared to myself lol i was a baby & wanted thr epidural and it did really help with the pain i couldn't handle. even if u can't do it. with out pain meds u can try for as long as u can.
