getting preggers/ ovulation
Hello my name is Ebony and I have a question. My period starts on the 28th of every month and lasts for 3-4 days. how do I know when i'm ovulating? i would like to try to get pregnant.
SO if your last period was Sept 28, you should ovulate around Oct. 11 (if your on a 28 day cycle)
Do you have a regular 28 day cycle? If so counting the first day of you period , count 14 days up and thats a good estimate of the ovulation day. You can also buy an ovulation tests and it will tell you exactly what day you are ovulating. Also you cervical mucus will get thicker and egg white during ovulation, and some people have some cramping
