I got my daughter a small dora backpack (her fav) and put a coloring/sticker book, crayons, some little snacks, and some other little toys/goodies in it . when grandma brings her to the hospital to visit were gonna give it to her. This way she ll feel special too and also have things to keep her happy/occupied while she's there.

I'm going to get my son something from his baby sister McKinley, he's been begging for one of those stuffies on TV so we're going to order one of those and have it at hospital for him :)

We will get our big brother to be some small gift from his sister. I am due june 25th and at the beginning of the month we plan on taking our son out for the day and making it all about him...first the zoo since he loves animals and than taking him to build a bear and letting him pick it out himself and than a mini train ride lol

Yes we gave our son thomas the train books and a train. He loved it and it kept him busy while at the hospital.  We are expecting baby 3 in July and I'm sure we will find small gifts for the big brother and new big sister.

yes i did! i got my son a 4 foot 5 lane car racing track he wanted soo bad from his baby sister.. he loved it! just pick a really cool toy, and I also let him pick a stuffed animal to give to his baby sister as well
