OK so I really like the name Cecilia sage. But I don't think it will go with the last name Zachar. I also think it might not suite her because she seems fiesty and playful. I like Eliza but I'm not sure of a unique middle name to put with it.
Well, I like it. You could do Eliza Cecilia Zachar. I don't see anything wrong with either option :)
