ultrasound at 6 weeks

I know when i concieved Which would have been jan 4, i had a ultrasound done on thursday and im measuring 7 weeks, but the doctor couldnt find a heartbeat on the ultrasound, he is having us come back in a week! I have had no cramping or bleeding at all! Could it just b too early???

If I ovulated on June 12, and the egg was fertilized around the 20th.... am I 6 weeks pregnant now or do I add 2 weeks to it to go back to my last period??? I had an ultrasound last Tuesday and there was nothing to see. However my hcg level was 856. I am trying to figure this out but it is a bit confusing!

We conceived around Jan 6th so I'm right along with you :)

I went in at 6 weeks and couldn't see anything. Went back at 7 and could see the baby and the heartbeating :) my Dr said normally don't see it til about 6 1/2 weeks. You should be fine :)
