group b strep

So my last appointment I found out I was a carrier of group b strep:/ and I am kinda worried I'm allergic to antibiotics  and worried the medications she wants to give me while in delivery won't work as good or the same as a antibiotic.  Its bad enough I'm a germ freak and made my family and bfs family get the tdap shot now this!? Anyone else have to deal with group b strep?

Probiotics can be helpful for preventing group b Strep. They help build up the good bacteria that you should have in your gut so the bad bacteria, like gbs, can't survive. There's also a certain kind of vaginal flush they can do during labor instead of antibiotics. Try researching some different natural options if you want something that will at least back up the antibiotics.
