Ugh. Has anyone found something that helps them with their acid reflux?

Chocolate milk works great! Its because chocolate and milk are both more basic on the ph scale.

papaya is something I tried when I was younger it worked great I got it at gnc but check with ur doctor 1st but from what I know its all OK for pregnancy

You can buy it otc but mine is rx bc its cheaper that way for me it works wonder my fiance steals them from me when he eats wings and pizza lol haha

I get a monthly prescription of famotidine 20 mg. It is generic for pepcid 20 mg. I have really bad acid reflux through out my whole pregnancy. It helps me out ALOT

Ive tried literally everything and nothing but baking soda water helps me. But it has alot of sodium in it. But it works instantly for me!

I take Omeprazole it helos me out so much with heartburn and acid reflux also I try not eating spicy or acidy foods which is so hard not to do lol and I try not to eat b4 bed or lay down right after I eat

yes i bought some rolaids , they are new ! i bought them at walmart -&& oh god has that made it go away ! they are like tumbs but the tumbs never worked for me , now the rolaids have done a big i mean big diffrence !
